A Flower Field Maternity Session

I’ve photographed Amy & Hunter’s engagement, wedding, and now maternity photos and will soon get to photograph them as a sweet family of THREE! I’ve found that some of my favorite sessions are those for clients who I have gotten to photograph through different seasons of life. It’s really a special thing to be trusted to capture so many memories! Amy and Hunter are also dear friends which makes it all the sweeter! 

Amy worked at a floral shop and wedding work and everything she creates is stunning! I wanted to have some fun and try something new for their maternity photos and when we came to the idea of doing it at a flower farm, it just made sense! We were able to find the sweetest spot in Lancaster, PA and I’m so glad we did. To see Amy among the flowers eagerly anticipating their little one to arrive in the coming months brought me so much joy. Hunter & Amy’s love for one another and ability to just have fun together is also something that I really love to be able to both witness and photograph. Yay for friends having babies and for the perfect golden evening to capture this special season as they awaited their first baby!
